Hi! My name is Cheyenne.
I’ve been a registered nurse since 2015 and I started this blog because I want to broaden my impact on humanity. Like most nurses during the pandemic, I felt burnt out and overwhelmed. Was anything I was doing actually helping people? If it was, it was such a small margin of the population and I had this nagging feeling that I could do more. But what could I do? With my substantial wealth of health knowledge I figured I could start with writing and see where it takes me.
My ultimate goal is to help people improve their health, feel better, and hopefully put more good out into the world.
